Because our teams play in the regular season based on pre-season rankings, they have different strength of schedule results. That number is calculated against win% to tally a True number. This number is then the basis for seeding in the playoffs and for next seasons' pre-season rankings.
It is why you would have a 6-2 record team, below a 4-4 record team. They do not play the same strength of opponents.
